How this assistant works — and what it will not do
It searches this portal's own knowledge base and returns what is written there. It does not
generate text, so it cannot invent an answer: when nothing matches, it says so. Everything runs
in your browser — no question is sent anywhere. It will never ask you for an OTP, PIN, card
number, Aadhaar or password, and it will stop you if you paste one.
How this answers you
This is not a chatbot and it does not guess. It searches HAPSA's own documented threat library
and returns the matching entry with a citation, so you can check where every answer came from.
Ask it something outside that library and it will tell you it has no documented answer rather
than inventing one. It runs entirely in your browser — your question is never sent anywhere.
