1. Acceptance
By using hapsatechnologies.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms govern the website only. Any engagement we deliver is governed by a separate signed agreement, which takes precedence over these terms for that work.
2. Information on this site is not advice
Service descriptions, training outlines, plan summaries, and FAQ answers are provided for general information. They do not constitute security, legal, or compliance advice, and should not be relied on as a substitute for a scoped assessment of your environment. Nothing on this site creates a client relationship or a contract to deliver services.
3. The domain exposure checker
The checker on our site performs passive lookups of public DNS records using Cloudflare's public DNS-over-HTTPS resolver. It reads records that anyone in the world can already query. It does not connect to, scan, probe, or send any traffic to the domain you enter. No ports are touched and no vulnerability testing of any kind takes place.
You agree to use it only for domains you own or are authorised to review, or for legitimate research into publicly published records. You must not use it to support any unlawful activity.
Results reflect DNS records at the moment of the query and cover the DNS-visible layer only. They are not a security audit, not a penetration test, and not a certification of any kind. A result showing no findings does not mean a domain or organisation is secure. We give no warranty as to accuracy, completeness, or availability of the checker, and we are not responsible for the availability or behaviour of Cloudflare's resolver.
4. Illustrative visualisations
The attack-traffic map and the defence posture panel on our home page are simulations built for illustration, and are labelled as such on the page. They do not display real customer telemetry, real attacks, real infrastructure, or live data of any kind. The figures shown are generated by the animation and represent nothing.
5. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Use this site or its tools to break any law, or to attack, probe, or gain unauthorised access to any system
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or circumvent controls on this site or on any third-party service it relies on
- Scrape, republish, or resell our content, service catalogue, or training material without written permission
- Submit false information, another person's personal data without their consent, or unsolicited commercial messages through our forms
- Misrepresent any output of our tools as a HAPSA audit, certification, or endorsement
6. Intellectual property
The HAPSA Technologies name, logo, site design, copy, service catalogue, and training curriculum are owned by HAPSA Technologies. You may view and share links to the site. You may not copy or reuse the content commercially without our written permission. Third-party names and product marks referenced on this site (for example Tanium, AWS, Azure, CrowdStrike, ISO) belong to their respective owners; reference to them is descriptive and does not imply partnership, affiliation, or endorsement unless we state so explicitly.
7. Third-party links and services
This site links to third-party platforms and relies on third-party services (Web3Forms, Google Fonts, Cloudflare DNS, our social channels). We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices.
8. No warranty
This website is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability. We may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of the site or its tools at any time without notice.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HAPSA Technologies is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of this website or reliance on anything published on it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
